These photos were taken in 1976 in time for the bi-centennial. At the time I was the Plant Engineer for the Phillipsburg manufacturing plant of Ingersoll Rand Company. The ALGEIR boxcab locomotive had been used for in-plant switching duty and it was #91. I caused the repaint of the boxcab and center cab locos. Some of the other photos are now just part of a waning memory set.
